Our Process:

Inspect all valleys and repair all leaks and problem areas.

We then conduct a high pressure clean to remove dirt lichen, moss, old flaky paint and loose or crumbling pointing. Pressure cleaning can create a mess, therefore we can wash down all soiled walls and gutters afterwards.

Clean all gutters and valleys, a necessary step, as debris and dirt from the cleaned roof ends up in the gutters.

Replace all broken, cracked or broken edged tiles.

Repoint all degraded, looise or broken ridge capping.

Application of appropriate primer - for very porous concrete and for previously painted flaky paint.
